This is our first Christmas in our new home AND as a family of five. I’m so excited to start our own family traditions this year, things I hope we can continue on for years to come! I’m finally (almost) done decorating our home and our trees. I don’t go all fancy and place a tree in every room (I saw one Instagram account where a lady had beautiful trees in several rooms of her home, including her room). I wish I could pull that off but I am not organized enough nor do I have the room to store all those trees and decorations… or the time to put them all together. I barely have time to sleep! Haha!
I use two trees every year, a small 4 foot tree and then a huge 9 foot tree. The 4 foot tree holds all of my homemade ornaments from Anthony’s younger years (and soon Isabella and Giovanni’s!) as well as a few cutesy ornaments I’ve picked up over the years. The larger 9 foot tree simply holds decorative gold and silver ornaments.
These are a few of my favorites that you’ll find on my small tree.
