You know that saying, you are what you eat?
After realizing that I have regained the weight that I lost post pregnancy with Giovanni, I knew I needed to re-evaluate some things. While exercise is the first thing to come to mind, the second, not so obvious thing, was my snacking habits. As a busy mom on the go, I find that I am often times reaching for something convenient, usually with the tag line “natural” or “healthy” on the packaging. Unfortunately, upon closer look at the ingredients, I quickly learned that they are anything but all natural or healthy. I decided that it is time to make a change for the better – especially now before my poor eating habits start to rub off on my babies – which is why I was so happy to stumble upon the Sprout® brand!
