A couple days ago, my friends from Babbleboxx sent us a box of kid focused goodies that are perfect for budding imaginations. My kids couldn’t have been more excited about every item they pulled out of the box and I have to admit, a few of the items had me pretty excited too!
First up, Snazaroo Brush Pens.
The kids initially thought that the Snazaroo Brush Pens were markers for coloring. Once I explained that they were for face painting, they were totally on board and both had special requests. My daughter wanted something Frozen related (but settled for a kitty cat because this mama is far from an artist) and my son asked for Batman! The brush pens are mess free, pretty easy to use and just as easy to remove. It took me a few tries to achieve my sons Batman face paint and each time I messed up, the paint came off with a wet washcloth with the swipe of a finger.
Next up, Jane M. Rose-Vallee Books – Dinosaurs Living in My Hair & Dinosaurs Living in My Hair 2.
These children’s coloring books are all about a girl named Sabrina who has a wild imagination and deals with such subjects as inclusion and bullying. They have wonderful illustrations and a storyline that really keeps you hooked! My daughters favorite book was Dinosaurs Living in My Hair and my son’s favorite was Dinosaurs Living in My Hair 2. My daughter was especially interested in the storyline while I think my son was more interested in the illustrations (the second book included other kids besides the main character, Sabrina).
Then of course, there was the PEZ Jurassic World Collection.
This brought back many memories for me. PEZ was all the buzz from my younger years. (Did I just age myself??) My kids had never seen PEZ before and had no idea that candy was involved but they loved the PEZ Jurassic World Collection nonetheless. You can imagine how much more they loved them once I finally filled each PEZ container with the candy. My son’s favorite PEZ was the Blue the Raptor dispenser and my daughter’s was the T-Rex (though I think it was based more on color than the actual dinosaur!)
On June 1st, PEZ will release a Jurassic World Click & Play Gift Tin that will include four dispensers with removable tops to use in a fun interactive board game. We’re all about family board games so I’m excited to check it out!
Let’s not forget about Sprout Crispy Chews.
Sprout Crispy Chews are made with a full serving of fruits and veggies. They are small enough for tiny fingers and have a soft, crispy chewy
texture that kids love. Our box of goodies contained two flavors, Red Fruit Beet & Berry and Orchard Fruit and Carrot. I thought for sure the kids would be obsessed with the Red Fruit Beet & Berry flavor but was surprised they actually preferred the Orchard Fruit and Carrot flavor. Right now you can save 25% off your Sprout Crispy Chews from Amazon by using the promo code 25CRISPYCHEW.
And last, but not least, Zenni Optical Kids Glasses.
The kids are always reaching for my expensive prescription glasses, so these were perfect for us! Zenni Optical Kids Glasses are glasses that have flexible frames to ensure that your kids can be themselves without worrying about breaking. They come in Toddler sizes up to pre-teen sizes in a variety of colors.
Check out this cute video they put together to tell you more about their brand.
Do you think your children would love any of these goodies?
